don't. >>reporter: britney only 8 years old. she gets botox injections regularly. mother terri campbell told good morning america she administers the shots. she has been entering her daughter in beauty pageant and said she got the idea from other moms. >> they were just telling me about the lines on her face and how a lot of the moms that are there giving their kids botox and pretty much like the thing. i'm not the only one that does it. >>reporter: if you watch the story people were outraged. c p s was flooded with calls from people concerned about britney well-being. >> we need to sit down and talk with the mom. talk with the child. see what is going on. >>reporter: trent ward is in charge of c p s. he says the staff has launched an investigation. they are working with the police department. >> it's pretty unusual for a mom to be injecting 8-year-old with botox and certainly grounds for an investigation. >>reporter: botox injections

deficit but tonight the city most vulnerable residence senior citizen and students are demanding that the program be spared. lisa is live in san jose with the story. lisa. >> san jose oldest and youngest gather to take on city hall. they are hoping by uniting the voices they can save the services. >> puff a heart by taking one. [applause]. >>reporter: it isn't okay to treat seniors this way. >>reporter: young and old faced off with city leaders. they wore emotions on their sleeves and held their hearts in their hand. this woman is 68. >> so chuck have a heart. >>reporter: she goes to the community center daily because of the proposed cuts the entire staff there could be laid off. that's not all. the budget for the senior nutrition program could drop from 1.2 million l dollars to 550,000. at risk youth program currently get 4.3

income taxes and vehicle fee. >> the double murder-suicide at san jose state garage tuesday night appears to be case of domestic violence. the victims were identified today as 2 honor students about to graduate from business school. 25-year-old cindy cal georgia and thomas kile williams shot and killed inside her car by her husband, 54-year-old. he then killed himself. the victims will likely 7 posthumous diploma and honored during an on campus memorial. >> congress saw the photo of osama bin laden and said the public should not see them. lawmakers were asked to view the photos. he serves on the safety committee and seals took the pictures in pakistan nearly two weeks ago within minutes. they are graphic. he thinks making the war on terror more dangerous for u.s. troops if made public.
